No More queuing. Beat the security queues with Air Malta's Fast Track  service at Malta International Airport in Malta. Get your pass for as little as €7.50 from Airmalta.com, Air Malta’s International Contact Centre or from Air Malta’s Sales Office.


Terms and Conditions

Air Malta is offering passengers the opportunity to use a dedicated counter to go through security control at Malta International Airport. You will find the conditions of purchase of the Fast Track service below.

Any customer purchasing Air Malta Fast Track service is considered to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.


Availability

Air Malta is introducing Fast Track to Air Malta passengers flying on any Air Malta operated flights originating from Malta.


 

Purchasing the service

Air Malta Fast Track service can be purchased through www.airmalta.com, Air Malta Call Centre and Air Malta Sales office. Service can be purchased latest 60 minutes prior to flight departure.

Air Malta Fast Track is charged per passenger irrespective of the number of passengers on the same reservation.

Children (2-12 years old) are charged the same fee as adult passengers. Infants (babies of up to 2 years of age) travelling with adults are exempted from paying the fee when travelling with adults, as long as all accompanying adults on the same reservation purchased the service.


Using the service

 

Passengers do not earn additional KMiles by purchasing and/or using this service.

Purchase of Air Malta Fast Track gives passengers the right to pass through Fast Track Security Control, but not the right to precede other passengers who are already in the same queue ahead of them.

All passengers who purchase the service must bring along the proof of purchase (in any form - electronic or paper) to fulfil the service. Valid proof of purchase is an EMD receipt. Payment slip transaction is not a valid proof of purchase. Fast Track printed on the boarding card is sufficient for this purpose.

 


Refunds & complaints

 

Air Malta Fast Track refund terms & conditions are independent from ticket refund conditions.

Once purchased, the service is non-refundable.

In the case of Air Malta rebooking a ticket or cancelling a flight, Fast Track fee will be refunded if this had been purchased prior to the change.

Any complaints and/or compensation requests driven from using Fast Track service cannot be processed at the airport or onboard our flights. You would need to contact Air Malta customer care on customercare.airmalta@airmalta.com. Please keep the original EMD receipt as a valid proof of purchase.

Air Malta reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions of Fast track at any time without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason. The passengers that at the time of the amendment already have bought the service, will be subject to the Terms & Conditions they accepted when buying the service initially, unless they were informed and accepted amendments to Terms & Conditions.

Air Malta commits to post any changes to the Terms & Conditions in a written form through www.airmalta.com.
