Air Malta Upgrades Services at Paris’ Orly Airport - Moves to Departures Hall 1

In its continuous effort to improve its customer experience, Air Malta has moved its operation to Departures Hall 1 of Paris’ Orly Airport. The Hall will offer Air Malta passengers, better ambience, better seating capacity and more amenities including various shops and restaurants. In addition to this, Air Malta’s Business Class passengers and Diamond Card holders, will also have access to the VIP lounge namely Premium Traveller Lounge.

The move to Departures Hall 1 will also give Air Malta passengers the facility to use the jet bridge to board and disembark the aircraft. The airline endeavoured to be able to offer this facility to its passengers as this ensures more convenience and comfort.  The new facilities are expected to meet Air Malta’s service standards ensuring an exceptional customer journey for the airline’s guests.

Commenting on these improvements Chief Operations Officer, Silvio Falzon stated, “Air Malta is committed to offer its guests quality and comfort through its customer journey. Our services at various airports are continuously being improved and audited from time to time to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.”
