Air Malta doing its utmost to minimise disruptions to passengers

Air Malta is doing its utmost to contact the passengers affected after it had to cancel its four flights to London due to inclement weather caused by Storm Ciara that is affecting the UK and Western Europe.

Air Malta said in a statement that its call centre is contacting customers that booked directly either through its website, call centre or sales office.

However, it stated that it has to rely on travel agents and tour operators to contact their respective customers (booked on these cancelled flights) since the airline does not hold their contact details.

As stated earlier, Air Malta is offering affected passengers free re-bookings to the same destination or full refund of ticket.

To minimise disruptions, the airline has announced an extra flight to London Gatwick. The flight will operate tomorrow (10th February) as per following schedule:

KM3124 Departure Malta 1700 Arrival Gatwick 1930
KM3125 Departure Gatwick 2020 - Arrival Malta 0025*

Customers are kindly requested to contact our Contact Centre on +356 2166 2211 for further information. Air Malta apologises for delays in replying due to the high level of calls caused by this event. Affected customers can also reach the airline through our Facebook page
