LMFAO at the Isle of MTV

Malta’s clubbing scene has exploded in the last ten years constantly shaking the local scene with fresh and young music. 

With clubbing being quite big in Malta, the Malta Music Week offers an open air opportunity featuring the Isle of MTV, Creamfields, G7 nights at Gianpula and the Ministry of Sound. Featuring exclusive headliners from all over the world, the Isle of MTV is considered to be one of the best festivals in Europe.

With a fantastic line-up every year, the Isle of MTV attracts young people from all over Europe to see great artists at the Granaries in Floriana. With a capacity of 50,000 people, the line-up has featured great artists like American rapper Flo Rida, Canadian singer-songwriter Nelly Furtado,, Jessie J, Rita Ora, Rudimental, Afrojack and Dutch singer Eva Simons.

Held in June, the Malta Music Week features various activities from club nights in Malta and Gozo, live street concerts to an official concert with an after-party taking place. The various events held throughout the Malta Music Week have witnessed massive events featuring international artists such as Calvin Harris, Example, INNA, Eric Prydz, Pete Tong and Dash Berlin.
