Every year, the Malta International Arts Festival endeavours to enhance the cultural diary in Malta with a spectacular assortment of events, including virtuoso music performance, visual exhibitions, dance shows and established worldwide acts performing at different settings in and around the capital Valletta. This year, the festival will run from 28th June to 14th July. If you are planning your holidays in Malta during that period, keep an eye on the official page for a taste of things to come with the best in local and international arts.

What is the Malta International Arts Festival?

What started as a small group of artists has developed into an internationally renowned gathering of the top artists in their field. The festival’s agenda typically includes mesmerising performances from artists, poets, dancers, actors, musicians, authors, and more- there truly is something for everyone. If you consider yourself a creative individual or have a strong penchant for the arts, then this festival is definitely for you!

Previous exhibitors have included famous long-established names as well as fresh, young talent. The organisers’ aim is not just to promote established Maltese artists but to give a platform of opportunity to those just starting in the arts industry to showcase their work in public and make it accessible to a new audience.
