A – We ask for your contact telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your Flypass account or your travel itinerary.
Q - How should I enter my name on the enrolment form ? Am I able to use a nickname?
A - You should enter your name exactly as it appears on your government-issued photo ID or passport.
Q - Can I use a P.O. Box for my mailing address?
A - Yes, we allow the use of a P.O. Box mail address.
