Checking In

In order to make flying with us more efficient, we offer three different ways that you can choose from to check in to your flight: at the airport, online, or via your mobile phone.

Check-in at the airport 

If you don’t have internet access you can opt to check in at the airport. Our helpful check-in staff will be ready to assist you and provide you with your boarding pass to proceed.  

Online Check In

If you’re leaving from one of the major airports on our route map, we also offer you the chance to skip the queue and check in online, so you can make your way faster to the waiting area or enjoy your lounge access for longer.

Mobile Check In
 
You can also check in while on the move with mobile check-in.  Learn more about the benefits and how it works. 

Checking in your baggage

Our ground team will help take your baggage and check you into your flight.  Visit this page to learn more about how to check in your baggage.

Remember

Check in for all our flights opens two hours prior to the departure time. Arriving earlier at the departure terminal will ensure that you free yourself and your travel partners from carrying your hold luggage.
