Air Malta Flights to the UK Delayed

Air Malta flights KM 100 to London’s Heathrow Airport and KM 116 to London Gatwick, scheduled to depart this morning at 0750hrs and 0840hrs respectively, are being delayed due to an air traffic control system issue in the UK. The return flights to Malta KM 101 and KM 117 are also affected.

Air Malta flight KM 100 to Heathrow is now expected to depart at 1117hrs whilst KM 116 is scheduled to depart Malta at 1223hrs local time.

The airline’s afternoon flight KM 102/3 to/from London Heathrow, scheduled to depart Malta at 1650hrs, is expected to operate on scheduled.

This technical issue has affected several UK bound flights. Air Malta is monitoring this situation and is doing its utmost to operate the flights with minimal disruptions. The airline regrets any inconvenience caused to clients due to circumstances beyond its control.
