Loyalty Rewards Programme
Customers are automatically eligible to participate in the BOV Loyalty Rewards Programme for free whereby they are awarded one BOV Point for every €1 spent. In order to redeem BOV Points, the Cardholder has to reach a threshold number of BOV Points as follows:
BOV Visa Flypass Business Card : 10,000 BOV Points
BOV points are valid for a period of three years and will expire if not redeemed within a period of 36 months. BOV Points are not transferable to any other account, even if such account also belongs to the Cardholder.

BOV Points earned under the BOV Loyalty Rewards Programme may be redeemed as follows:
- Card Fee
The Bank will credit the Air Malta Flypass KMile account with KMiles in return for redeeming BOV Points:
BOV Visa Flypass Business Card : 2,500 BOV Points
- Air Malta KMiles
The Bank will credit the Air Malta Flypass KMile account with KMiles in return for redeeming BOV Points:
BOV Visa Flypass Business Card : 1 KMile for every 1 BOV Point
i) BOV Points can be redeemed in blocks of 5,000 KMiles.
ii) Redeemed KMiles will be credited to the Customer's Air Malta Flypass Account by the end of the first week of the next calendar month from the date when the points are redeemed. Once points are transferred to the Air Malta Flypass account, both the Flypass account and mileage will be subject to the Flypass programme terms and conditions.
iii) The Primary Cardholder can redeem the BOV Points by phoning the Bank's Customer Service Centre on telephone number +356 2131 2020.

Business Class Upgrade
Air Malta is offering 1 Free Business Class Upgrade upon application of the BOV VISA Flypass Business Card, or renewal thereof. Requests are to be forwarded to Air Malta’s Flypass Unit after the ticket is issued in 'economy-flexi' class at the applicable rate. Awards are all subject to awards allocation availability.
Global Customer Assistance Service
Losing your BOV Visa Flypass Business Card need not ruin your plans, even if this happens while abroad.
Through the VISA Global Customer Assistance Centre, you will be provided with an emergency replacement card directly by courier or from one of the 5,000 Emergency Service Locations worldwide.
On the other hand, should you require cash, you may also call at one of the Emergency Service Locations provided by VISA. Cardholders may use both emergency services at the same time.
The Global Customer Assistance Centres are equipped to respond to your emergency requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. VISA provides an established global network of freephones and collect telephones.
